Ah, historic and beautiful Newcastle!Highlights of my trips here include the castle, the Quayside with its burgeoning cultural quarter, the museums and art gallery, the shopping, the churches and the sunshine!Our latest visit was to see the tall ships on the quayside in July 2005 not long after the Sage Centre had opened.
