I would not recommend this hotel at all, we had a reduced rate as were were part of a group there but i would not be impressed to have paid the full rate. The staff were not friendly or helpful, did not tell me what time breakfast is served and i asked if a travel cot was in my room as i had requested one and was told 'i dont know' and that was it, no offer of help or what to do if it wasnt there, and on checkout i wasnt asked if everything was alright with my stay, receptionist was too busy chatting to her friend who was standing there. Room was shabby, curtains hanging off the wall, 3 lights not working, wires showing on one of the lights, says power showers on the websites but they are just mixer tap showers which seriously need descaling. no soap in the holder. Plenty of parking but nothing else good to say about this hotel, we only stayed there for a family party but wont be staying again.
