THE HOT BOX
I stayed here in July. They have physically barred you from opening the windows and even buying a fan from B&Q (hardware store) nearby did not help. If you want to sweat, lose weight and be totally miserable, this is the place for you. You will not be able to sleep.
I wrote to them and they confirmed the story the staff told me. Some girl tried to jump out of the window, so now you can really open them. I think she just couldn’t take the heat!
Unique Quality: No unique or rewarding qualities.
There is a pub next door serving pub grub and a neat RAF statue within walking distance. That’s it. Stay somewhere else so you can get some sleep!
This place is a furnace! They should run a prison.
