Packing List

put more time in your luggage to really visit Birmingham... I took this pic again while running to the station and I was said that in spite of its fame of industrial town, it's a lovely one, and it is really for the little I have seen of it...

Ironbridge - A small town, situated 30 miles NW of Birmingham, 5 miles from J4 off the M54. Considered by some as the 'Birthplace of Industry', it was developed during the Industrial Revolution in the 18th Century. Famous for the 'first-ever' cast iron bridge, spanning the River Severn, it also has many other attractions and museums illustrating the industrial history of the local area. The Brasshouse
by kayleigh06 about Broad Street
The Brasshouse is a pub on Broad Street and on the outskirts of Brindley Place. It over looks the canal and Symphony Hall with seats outside where you can relax with a pint (of Stella in my case) and have something to eat if you wish.
I remember coming in here when I was younger for someone's Birthday party on a Friday night, after a certain time it practically tunred into a nightclub. It has a good atmosphere about it both day and night any day of the week.
Can't comment on the food, but the beer (Stella) is of a good price and the barstaff are very friendly, I've never had no problem with any of them so far.
If you're lucky you might catch me in here on a weekday between 12-1 on my lunch break with a stella in one hand and some kind of food in the other!! If you do see me come over and say 'ello :-) During the daytime, anything goes seen builders, business men/women, tourists, shoppers, skaters all sorts.
On the evenings a stricter dress code is mandatory, otherwise they won't let you.

I arrived by the car of a dear VT friend and I left by train and I would suggest both; the first give you more freedom as you aren't bound to a timetable and the second avoid you the problem of parking and can be more relaxing and in spite I heard some English to complain about them my only complaint is its high price...
on foot at least for the little I visited as it gives you more possibility to see things and places like this... again Victoria square...
