I have to say as much as people think west Bromwich is a bit dank and dull , then you would be wrong , we have a wounderfull valley with two lakes just situated off the Newton road .
On one of the lakes people like to take their boats out or you can hire , but the other lake is in use for birds and wildlife . it is such a vast area and at the top of the valley there is a nature reserve for all the bird watchers, only dont go very late at night as some off the area has another form of bird watching.
people ride their horses ,bikes or just take a walk.
Along the root you will come across differnet farms .
Sandwell park farm has its own visitors centre with loads of farm animals.
Eventually after your treck cause,,, you cant treck no more then take a seat in West Bromwich Park and enjoy an ice cream, they also have a lake here and fishing has taken place , park for kids . outside the gate you will venture into West Bromwich
