FULL MEAL DEAL
A wonderful find during our visit in the area for the Crufts dog show. We didn't get off to a great start as our first night was spent in a very cramped room with a makeshift bath. Upon complaining that the shower didn't drain the next two nights we were lodged in a deluxe room with a four poster bed and canopy.
Probably the best thing was that for about 65 pounds a night we had the room plus full breakfast and four course dinner. On the last night we missed dinner and the hotel saved a picnic lunch for us when we returned near midnight.
We found the staff very friendly, the food good and the accomodation fine except for the first night.
We made connections to the NEC on the train by taking a taxi to the train station and catching the express which got us to the NEC in 25 minutes.
Unique Quality: Of course the "full meal deal" is the best part. The service was great, the menu offerings varied and the setting pleasant.
