Hollybank House: Excellent B+B near Emsworth Hampshire

When I have travelled to Emsworth to visit a friend of mine with a very small house, I have always found it difficult to find a good B+B or Hotel near the town, until I found this one this year that is. Not your usual archetypal B+B, more of an elegant country house , Hollybank is a lovely Georgian country house with elegant rooms and views of Chichester Harbour, in a beautiful 10 acre woodland garden with tennis court on the outskirts of Emsworth. They have only four rooms, but all are huge and very well furnished. The full English breakfast taken in the lovely dinning room overlooking the lawn, will fill you up for the best part of the day.
Very near Chichester and the coast (20min.), Portsmouth (40min.)
You need to book particularly in the summer months.

Unique Quality: Although only 1 mile from the centre of Emsworth you feel like you are a million miles from anywhere. Beautiful gardens.
