A squirrel in the cities park
It is just a private house now, but this large building on Wentworth St. was once the Post Office. For some reason it seems to get painted a different colour every year. It is located on Wentworth St. opposite St. John’s Square.
I've finally got round to taking some pictures of the place where I live. Despite most of the city currently looking like a building site, I've managed to take a few decent ones. I hope they can give you an idea of the place.
Ok this is where I live. Wakefield is a city some 8 miles south of Leeds, in West Yorkshire in the North of England. Famous for rhubarb, the Grand Old Duke of York, boxer Paul Sykes, Cruise singer Jane Mcdonald, Black Lace, Jive Bunny and for a whole host of quality underground UK punk and rock bands. It is my home!
