    The Fairlawn House B&B is not the former Fairlawn Hotel. The current owners who acquired it some 5 years ago have invested heavily in making it the best place to stay in Amesbury from personal experience and observation. I can say that the place is very well maintained with modern bathrooms and comfortable clean enjoyable rooms. Call it a 'labour of love' or whatever, it goes to show what a difference the owners can make to this type of establishment.

    Excellent English breakfast to make you feel able to accomplish the walk to Stonehenge ! (See my Stonehenge pages on VT)
    Fair prices for accommodation with even tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom and Freeview Television.
