Worst hotel in UK?

AWFUL hotel. First room had damp and NO heating, damp patches all over the ceiling and walls, plug sockets were broken, holes in the sheets, dirty towels, filthy carpets and skirting boards, disgusting bathroom. No kettle, coffee, etc. No mirror. No iron, hair-dryer, etc. Three single beds instead of a double and one single. Only after having to spend the night there and beg/plead/argue with the staff did we get another room at 11PM the next night, which was, again, filthy. Also had a broken bed, and worst of all, water pouring in from the ceiling THROUGH THE LIGHT FITTING. Absolutely zero help from the staff, who had no idea how to handle any situation, although they were also listening to complaints from every other guest there. Staff are often rude, and always hopeless. No night/weekend manager so nobody on duty is authorised to handle any problem of any kind. I was shouted at by an employee of another hotel who had come in to help this one for having the cheek to complain about the state of the rooms. The bar is closed all weekend. The breakfast is microwaved (yes, including the bacon, etc). Not enough space in the dining room for all guests. We are currently seeking a FULL REFUND and will never, ever go near this dump again. It is dirty, smelly and DANGEROUS. Trading Standards, here I come!

Unique Quality: The most positive thing that I can say about this place is that it was absolutely terrible.
