The Westcliff Hotel, situated in this vibrant seaside resort, commands spectacular views over the Thames Estuary and is licenced for Weddings and conferences situtated close to the seafront

Many rooms have superb views of the seafront. The restaurant serves a traditional as well as continental breakfast.

The hotel boasts 32 well equipped en-suite bedrooms. Exclusive Restaurant(open 6 nights a week), Well stocked Central Bar with a wide variety of draught beers, world wines & spirits, free internet access for hotel residents, Non smoking Victorian Wood Panelled Lounge offering afternoon Tea & Coffee, 24 hour Reception and Room Service. Smoking & Non Smoking rooms by request. West 1 Conference and Banqueting Suite seating upto 120 guests.

Camelia Hotel and Restaurant: Seafront Hotel

Located in a superb position on the seafront at Thorpe Bay commanding unrivalled views of The Thames Estuary. A mile from Southend on Sea, close to both the rail station and the Airport. London is only a 45 minute drive away.

The luxurious one hundred year old hotel has been completely renovated to ensure its reputation as Southends finest hotel is maintained well into the new Millennium. They have been awarded a prestigious silver award by The English Tourist Board and have an AA star rating in excess of over 70%. Our fully air conditioned restaurant, which is open daily offers an excellent variety of fine cuisine, from table dhote and extensive a la carte menus to the specials of the day. At the weekend the ambiance of the restaurant is further enriched by the performances of our resident pianist. We have a well stocked bar which boasts an extensive wine list. In the summer months you can enjoy a quiet drink on the patio taking in the wonderful sea views.
