Wern Bach Bed & Breakfast: A nice, beautiful and peaceful place to stay

Actually, the nearest village to Wern Bach is Llangernyw, but this seems to be unknown to the VT software... anyway, we stayed here and were accommodated extremely well. There are two bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor offering good disabled access. There even is a hoist running from the bedroom to the bathroom so assistants of severely disabled people get some help. The proprietress Nia is a great host, very open, very helpful, doing a very good breakfast.

Wern Bach is a bit off the beaten path, but still near enough to make it a feasible base for exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales Coast. Well worth the small detour, not just for disabled folks

Unique Quality: Full disabled access to one bedroom, very spacious. Wheel-in shower cubicle, shower chair. No grab rails beside toilet, but usage was still comfortable.

The house interior is furnished with a lot of dark solid wood and some tastefully integrated ethnic elements Nia has brought home from her own extensive travels.
