Lossiemouth

"Harbour town of Lossiemouth"
Lossiemouth is a sizeable coastal town on the Forth of Moray, Scotland. Wether it clings to the sea or to the land will be a matter of discussion - it certainly owes its position to the sea and past fisheries. Currently the main focus seems to be on the nearby military air bases, tourism and services while fishig is taken over by the large deep water fleet originating elsewhere and the remaining traces are the local lobster catchers.

Lossisemouth is a beautiful town on the north-east coast of Scotland. I have lived here all my life. It's not a busy bustling town, but nice and quiet with 2 gorgeous beaches. It comes alive with holidaymakers in the summer months and it has 2 lovely caravan parks.
There aren't that many shops in Lossiemouth, but the busy town of Elgin is only 6 miles away. Inverness is about 45 minutes away and Aberdeen is about an hour and a half away.
Lossiemouth is the town where ex prime minister Ramsay Macdonald was born and there is a memorial plaque outside his old house.
