Jay Cottage: Wonderful, clean B&B in ExmoorNational Park, Devon

Debra and Gary are great hosts. They have two rooms available, with ensuite. Ours had a four poster and shower/bath. Tea and coffee facilities, including biscuits. Gary took us to the local pub where he had booked us a table. Our hosts had lots of local knowledge and were able to tell us about the cottage which was built in 1751. Each morning we had a full english breakfast with homemade jams and fresh coffee. Debra even offered to wash our clothes for us. Friendly, homely atmosphere. We had our own lounge downstairs, and a tv in our bedroom upstairs. Cost us 55 pounds for the two of us per night, in summer.
Yep, they also have free Wifi.

Unique Quality: Beautiful view from the window of the forest and we could hear the roar of the river.
