Minster Lovell is a small village at the edge of the Cotswolds. It is very laid-back and calm and - as with all the other Cotswolds villages - best discovered by foot. Minster Lovell's best-known sight are the impressive remains of the manor house which are located just next to the River Windrush. Apart from that there are also a number of beautiful Cotswolds stone houses, many of them surrounded by flowerbeds in full bloom.
Minster Lovell is a beautiful village in Oxfordshire, a few miles from Witney on the River Windrush, and is home to the historic ruins of Minster Lovell Hall, built by the Lovell family in the 1440s and partially dismantled three hundred years later.
