Our house: A home from home

We have lived in this house since 21st Januar 1981. It started off as a four bedroomed house before we set to it with "an axe". We converted two bedrooms to one, creating one large master bedroom, and turned one of the other bedrooms into an office. Now full of junk, it only ever gets used for ironing, as the office has moved into what was the dining room. The dining room has shifted to what was a cold and univiting expention before we knocked a wall down to make it an integral part of the rear of the house.
