radisson lexington: manhatten hotel NEW YORK SIGHT S
WHEN WE ARRIVED IT DIDNT LOOK AS GRAND AS PHOTOS, HOWEVER VERY CLEAN LOVELY BEDS BUT SMALL ROOMS.I FEEL RECEPCIONSTAFF COULD HAVE BEEN MORE WELCOMING ANDCHEERFULL.WE HAD ROOM SERVICE VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE, WE LEFT IT AND COMPLAINED NEXT DAY THEH SAID WOULD LOOK INTO IT. ON CHECKOUT IT TOOK 35 MINUTES OF ARGUING TO GET SATISFACTION YET SIGN IN ROOMS SAY ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH WE WILL PUT RIGHT NOT SO! WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN BUT THERE ARE GOOD POINTS.
Unique Quality: cleanliness comfort.WE HAD NO VIEWS ONLY STREET.
