a wonderful few days.
what a beautiful place to escape to. Ric and Maggie have created a beautiful home-from-home that has you noticing new details in the decor and fantastic artwork every time you walk in the front door.
They are the most wonderful hosts, their attentive but not intrusive service to their guests makes the enchanted manor a fantastic get-away for a few days exploring the Island.
The rooms are beautifully furnished with real attention to detail and are a true luxury experience, we loved the free standing bath - perhaps you could fit 2 in each room Ric? - have a look at our pic. Add to that a breakfast to beat all (salmon fishcakes are superb!) and you're all set for your day.
We are very much looking forward to returning to the manor and can't recomend it enough.

An Enchanting Weekend
We have never been anywhere that came even close to the welcome we received at the Enchanted Manor. From the first moment of our stay, nothing was too much bother for Ric and Maggie who seem determined to welcome all their guests as their personal friends. The effort and investment they have made in this place is unbelievable. To achieve the standards that they maintain in the first year of opening is unbelievable.
Just book, don't tell your partner, and keep the secret a surprise!
Indulgent Romance at the Enchanted Manor IOW
I'm a fairy through and through, and have often been asked if I can make wishes come true, well that really is a secret but I will tell you this, I know two people who will!
Ric and Maggie Hilton bewitch and delight at the Enchanted Manor they have created on the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight.
Seven luxury suites, four posters beds, baths that even fairies can bathe without damaging their wings, fluffy white towels and gowns, linens and drapes of the finest quality, indulgent chocolates, soft music and the paintings of famed artist Josephine Wall to delight, need I say more for a turn on, unless you decide to wait to see if the reputed ghost might appear.
Tip toeing down the stairs past the fairy doors in the skirtings, the quality and attention to detail, and spaciousness continues to amaze. In the lounge, swimming pool area, snooker room and conservatory enchantment and art at every turn delicately and discreetly positioned to enthuse and delight.
Breakfast is a wow a real homemade wonder served by Ric in the conservatory.
The conservatory overlooks the garden where at night the badgers and fox come to pay homage to the enchanted folk dining at the Manor. During the day you look down to the Enchanted Garden and sunken pool where landscaping is nearly completed for the weddings that have been licensed to take place there. What a magnificent place for a fairy wedding.
But this is no Disney extravaganza, this experience is exceptional, without doubt the most romantic escape for any couple to be pampered and cared by Ric and Maggie.
A place to relax, dress is casual or casual smart for dinner. Go to St Catherine's lighthouse, the local pub or just watch the sunrise or sunset across the sea it is all but a short walk, this is as close to natures little people as you could get.
Congratulations must go to Ric and Maggie and their Enchanted Manor which has already picked up major awards for innovation, encouragement and enchantment and for any romantic reading this, just book, don't tell your partner, and keep the secret a surprise! As for me I'm hooked, enchanted, and will be back for more, Myrea.

Is what is says on the can! Enchanting!!
My husband and I have just returned fron a romantic break here and loved every moment of it. The whole experience was delightful, Ric is the perfect host and the hotel is glorious. Can't wait to return. Loved the live music at the local pub too.
What great place
We stayed at the Enchanted Manor during a weekend break in late January and the ambiance and environment that Maggie and Ric have created is something to be seen. Ric welcomed us and made us feel completely at home. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very well appointed. Whilst the overall theme might not be to everybody's taste, the attention to detail is breathtaking.
Ric and Maggie did everything to make our stay wonderful - not least breakfast the following morning. We will absolutely be heading back there.
Our Anniversary treat
We had a wonderful visit to the Enchanted Manor. It was recommended to us by a freind. We booked online and right from the very beginning we knew the holiday was going to be great. Communication was superb, when making the booking.
I never sleep well in a new place but at Enchanted Manor I had the best nights sleep ever. The bed was wonderfully sumptious, and the mattress really high quality, I cannot praise the bed highly enough as one who finds it difficult to sleep when on holiday.
I would recommend the Manor to anyone who has a romantic side. The suites are comfortable and decadent and the attention to detail by Maggie and Ric is second to none.
I have never found such a place before and we will definately visit again.

Romantic Enchanted Manor
We recently stayed at the Enchanted Manor, Isle of Wight for our honeymoon break. The hotel is decorated and decked out to a high standard, very clean and full of home comforts. Fairies are their theme and Ric & Maggie's hotel has a real 'fairytale' feel to it. The garden is very charming, pretty and peaceful. Breakfasts are delicious. Ric & Maggie are a very welcoming & friendly couple, which gave our stay a nice, personal touch, that we think sets it apart from the rest. We hope to go back and highly recommend it for a nice quiet, romantic getaway.
Pure Enchantment !
We called in to see the Enchanted Manor, while passing through on a previous visit. This time we took two older grandchildren with us on a three day/two night stay. The welcome is wonderful, personal greetings and we were made very welcome indeed. The suites are very well equipped and the decor is superb, five star indeed with that bit extra !
We have stayed before on the island and also stayed at many five star hotels, but this place is something special. We will certainly be back.
