Up the Glen
Stayed here a few times on riding tours of Scotland. Always popular location with decent pub a few yards away.

Ben nevis Hostel
The hostel is set in one of Scotland's most scenic places, in the shadow of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and the path to the summit begins opposite the hostel. The hostel is close the town of Fort William and the mountain biking area at Aonoch Mor.

Great Location
The Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is situated in Glen Nevis, about three miles out of the town centre of Fort William. This is the most beautiful area to stay.
The hostel is extremely busy in summer - as is the whole of Fort William - especially with all the folks doing the three peaks challenge. Never stay there in summer without a reservation!
Unique Quality: I was staff in the hostel so my experiences are different from the guests. It's main asset is the great location at the bottom of the Ben path just opposite the bridge were it starts. Apart from that it is a 30s wooden building with some need to be refurbished, although some things have been already done.
A ood place to stay mainly in winter!
