Sutherland Hospitality
This hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a relief after the loud streets below our room in Edinburgh. The hotel has rooms inside the main lodge and a cottage in back with several suites. I stayed in the cottage in a suite with three beds. Decorated in peach and gray, it is both modern and country in style.
I recommend this hotel!
Unique Quality: Hamish and Annette Sutherland were charming and gracious hosts. Each morning they made our breakfasts to order. He goes to the market every morning for fresh croisants. The breakfasts were wonderful!
