Brilliant stay at a very classy hotel nestled on the banks of the River Ness. The hotel staff are very attentive yet not pushy and even ran out to get us a daily paper when we arrived at 17.30 hours on a Saturday night. It has a very informal Piano Bar where we had some coctails, a brasserie where the breakfast offered was great and the evening before a taster menu served in the restaurant by some very dishy french waiters. Would recommend to all my friends and it is very close to all that is going on in downtown Inverness.
Unique Quality: Great views, very plush rooms but not too expensive. We could even use Wifi for free!
Directions: Right on the river, opposite the fabulous new Eden Court Theatre
This hotel is very nice and cozy. The front desk staff aims to please. Beware, heated towel rack, that I found out the hard way. Very close to walk to places. Nice view of the river and sports complex across the river.
Very good place to eat downstairs. I hear it is one of the best in town. Upscale downstairs.
