Camping at John O'Groats
John O'Groats - the most Northern point of the UK.
The campsite didn't have many facilities. A toilet/shower building, and a building for washing dishes and clothes.
There wasn't much shelter at the campsite. No trees at all only small bushes. It was a real challenge to put up the tent. One person holding it down in the middle and one in each of the 4 corners and the wind still nearly blew us away.
I don't remember the price, but as I recall it was rather cheap.
There are excellent views of the sea and the island of Stroma.
