AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE
I truly recommend your stay in this beautiful House. It is situated in Mayfield Gardens and when we travelled all the road (by bus) from Princess Street, we saw every Hostel and Guesthouse, one by one, and to our surprise Barony House was the most beautiful one! I can say the same for the owners of the House! They are very helpful and handsome! The service was excellent. It is situated just 20 minutes away by walk from the famous Royal Mile, in a peaceful and quite area. If I mention the breakfast we had every morning, you will make your stay here BY ALL MEANS! :))) MMMMMMMMMMMMHHHHHHHH

Unique Quality: 20 minutes by walk to the Royal Mile and if you don't want to walk you'll find that the bus stage is just infront of Barony House! Buses pass very often.
If you're with your own car there is also a free parking.
Superb breakfast...prepared by Susan, the owner of the Hotel/House (this is my favourite one).
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a complimentary tipple in every room! In ours there was always a small jug of whisky!! And it tasted so good! :)))
