Fawlty Towers
Booked this hotel because of the services they offer which include WIFI and a ''Business Centre''. Week 1 arrived to a freezing cold room and it was about 7 degrees outside - couldnt get the radiator working and the water was luke warm in the bathroom. The bathroom skylight window is not frosted and it has no curtain or blind. The WIFI signal strength is insufficient to reach room 27 and kept cutting out. Took them 1 hour to sort out boiler - in the end they gave me an electric fan heater. Week 2 - heating resolved however WIFI not resolved. Week 3 - still no WIFI - 2 nights ago asked they reset the router by switching it off and leaving it for 10 seconds and then switching it back on again but that was too difficult so myself and another guest (complainant) assisted - it worked for a few moments then fizzled out again. 'Business Centre'' is a room with a computer in it- also no working WIFI. As for the breakfast - give it a wide berth - its edible but its not what you expect from a hotel. Furniture is from a different era - missing handles, ...boiler noise, beds comfy enough...
