Edinburgh Capital Hotel

I stayed at the Edinburgh Moat House during August of 2003, on a Cosmos Trip. I think the name has changed now to Edinburgh Capital.
I would definately reccommend this hotel. I found the staff nice and rooms clean. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast as well. Though I didn't get to use the pool, I was able to see it and it looked very nice.
If you are hoping to stay in the city center of Edinburgh, than do NOT stay at this hotel. It is a good 10-15 miles from the Castle,Royal Mile, and Hollyrood Palace. You have to decide what is more important- a great deal or great location..
The hotel is very typical. No frills but comfortable. Has a nice bar as well.

Unique Quality: This place is right off a main road, no great terrific view.As mentioned earlier, pool looked wonderful with an even nicer spa. I was happy to find soda machines, since I was there during a heatwave.
