Reasonable Priced Beds in the City Centre!

I've stayed twice at this hostel. I had a great stay even if I'm not a fan of sleeping in shared dorms. The dorms I stayed in were spacious and clean although the shower rooms were a bit cramped. I enjoyed the breakfast and meals at the on-site cafe and restaurant.

Unique Quality: This hostel is in the city centre, not far from Carlton Hill, Princess Street and The Royal Mile. There is a wide range of sleeping options from twin rooms to 8-bedded dormitories. All the rooms are ensuite and equipped with lockers. There is an on-site cafe, bar and restaurant and there is a kitchen available for self catering.

What is the cheapest way calling back to Canada ?

by kluk01

Hi,

I will be stayed at the Edinburgh Central hostel of SYHA next month for 7 nights.

What is the cheapest way to make a call back to Toronto Canada ? Where can I buy the international phone card in the city centre ? Does the public phone charge by minutes or like in Toronto just pay two quarters can talk as long as you want.

Please advise and thank in advance.

There will be places to buy phone cards everywhere, most nesagents and mnay other shops. Calls will be charged by the minute from public phones. Public phones will be cheaper than hotel phones and mobiles.
