See Calton Hill. I never made it to Arthur's Seat and it seemed too cold to go, but I did climb the tall tower on top of Calton Hill. Note: asthmatics, do not climb both the Scott Monument and the tower at Calton Hill within the same hour. My legs are still sore from that.
