We have just returned from a weekend break in Edinburgh and unfortunately stayed in this hotel. The website is very misleading and does not paint a true representation of the accommodation. Our hotel room was small, dirty and cold. When i complained about it the hotel owner explained that it has recently been refurbished because it used to be a cleaning cupboard!!! I have never stayed anywhere and had to go out and buy cleaning products before using the bathroom - it was very unpleasant. We got a special rate of £50 per night and i have to say that even this was a rip off considering we paid £52 per night to stay in the Hilton in London over the summer which was amazing in comparison. I would recommend that if you plan to visit Edinburgh and are considering staying here you look at the many travel lodges and premier inn's closer to the city centre that are just as cheap but you know they will be clean and what you see is what you get unlike this hotel.

worst for service
Never again would i stay at this hotel. The wedding package cost approx £2000 it was second rate and poor food, the hotel management were rude and obstructive and there was more atmosphere on the moon.
