Nice people

This was a brief stop to catch a morning flight. The hotel is fine and the rooms were OK very clean but not luxury by any means.
We picked this hotel because their shuttle ran 24hrs a day and we had a very early flight.
I'd stay there again based only on one thing - the people were great! We booked direct and the reservation staff were so friendly, this also the case at reception and the guy who parked the car while were away. - nothing was too much trouble. Just great easy Scottish hospitality that a few of the more expensive hotels could learn from.
Very good hotel

I have stayed in this hotel twice in April this year and again on the 31st October 2007 as my Mum and myself were taking an early flight both times.
We have no complaints on both stays, we would highly recommend this hotel for the airport. Desk staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. On both stays we had very early flights so ordered a room service continental breakfast for 5.00 am first stay then 5.30am second stay. We received a breakfast tray brought to our room with cereals, juices, toast, jams, tea etc. Hot and plentiful and with a nice set tray. Something which other hotels who charge more sometimes struggle to achieve.
Would recommend to anyone for stay before or after flight.

we stayed at the hotel, before heading to prague. the room was the standard format for this kind of place. the resturaunt was good but the pricing was a little on the steep side. they know that you are far from any other place so they take the liberty to hike up the prices.. when you go to your room if you plan on watching any kind of film. they will charge you £9.00 to watch each film. if you have to have breakfast before 7.00 they will charge you an extra 3.95 each person and a £2.00 tray charge. this is on top of the b&b rate.. its all the litle things that annoy me about these places, there is a set of scales by the main door so that you can check your baggage weight before you go to the airport, what a great idea, but instead of doing this as a wee extra to the customer likely to be going on an aeroplane, they hit you a pound per bag.. we had a late flight back from prague so we had booked the room about a month before, i was told i would get a good rate as i was a repeat customer. we were put into the smallist room i think i have ever stayed in. above the back door to the services, which is great if you like being rudely awakened by lorries delivering goods early in the morning. there wasn't even a wardrobe, as there was no room for one.. i do not moan about hotels usually but i think its worse when you return form another country where they know how to treat the customer/ tourist properly and not just concern them selves how to suck more money out of your wallet... so beware the extra charges, everything in this place will cost you..

Booked via "Super Breaks".
One night in comfortable and clean hotel, allows you to leave your car with free parking for up to 10 days, and a free bus transfer to and from Edinburgh airport.
Lovely modern menu in the lounge for informal dining with comfortable seating.

Went to Edinburgh on business with a friend and colleague last August of 2007, just to help out our colleagues in Edinburgh airport. Stayed at the Quality in hotel, the hotel staff were all helpful and nice, the food was great! but everything must come to an end.. hy? Because, something woke me up at 5am. apparently the airport is located by the end of the runway, and the flight from Bristol woke me up. Thank God that it was just a one night thing, or i would have requested a change of room.
