Glasgow by chico4u
Glasgow lies in the valley of the Clyde between two ranges of hills. It is a city build on hills, especially on the northern side of the river. It is the largest city and seaport in Scotland and the third largest in population in the British Isles. One of the most important buildings in Glasgow is the thirteenth century Cathedral. This beautiful cathedral is noted for the rypt, or 'Laigh Kirk', consecrated by Bishop Joselin in 1197.
