    your typical standards for an ibis chain hotel, the ibis glasgow was nice. nothing special, nothing bad, just your standard run of the mill chain hotel. it was in a decent location, quite close to the action, and across the road from the hotel was the police headquarters, which depending who you are, is either a blessing or a nuisance! for me, travelling generally alone, having police close at hand can be handy (and perve factor is always high!)

    • I actually use to work in this Hotel, and i must say it is a very good hotel, the staff are friendly, and it is extremely good value for money, also its right in the city centre, so after an night out it is only a short walking distance from most pubs and clubs!

    No Pool or gym - but most folk come for the shopping and nightlife anyway!

    We came to Glasgow for an overnight stay to see the Fratellis in concert and we stayed at the Ibis. The hotel was very comfortable, quite near to the bus and train station. We had the breakfast, which was good value at £5.25. One night stay in a double room was £60.00. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Glasgow.
