where do the 3 stars come from?
We stayed for a night in Oban as part of a packaged tour. Maybe we were "2nd class" tourists and the best rooms were given to long staying guests, but what we got was very poor quality.
Room was far from spotless clean, I wouldn't even assure that the sheets had been changed that morning.
Bathroom had no shower, only bath, and did not look very clean either.
Not all the rooms can be accessed with the lift.
Unique Quality: Common halls and lounge are the only comfortable part of it.
