I'll be in Perth to spend a saturday night this month any hints and tips about pubs-bars would be much appreciated.

The advice would be better from me anyway if i knew what saturday this month lol! but anyway a good couple o pubs to try are the foundry (loud music and the ship inn! small but very nice! If you can tell us all what weekend and i may be able to point you in the direction of a pub with a really good band on! oh...and also nightclubs, The Loft is great fun also sportsters is not bad either but a little expensive! hope this helps! catch ya later!

The heart of this wee City. Only 50,000 residents. Beautiful.
Perth is a wonderful place to shop, its relaxed and small, cosy and interesting.
This picture shows the recently pedestrianised street beside the Famous St John's Kirk (see the Protestant Reformation, John Knox etc in history).
Notice the beautiful 'department store' McEwens, a family owned local store and the Salutation Hotel at the street end. Very old.
Its FREE to LOOK, but costly to buy!

Perth is a very small city nicknamed the heart of Scotland. It is quite a central place with short links to Scotland's major cities like Edinburgh or Glasgow. Perth is a great place to visit if small quiet cities are your thing. But if you're looking for somewhere lively with a big night life scene I'd recommend Edinburgh.
