Don't Mix Up the B&Bs
My friend and I were touring about Scotland and we were needing inexpensive accomodation in Perth, before heading up the road to Scone to visit my relatives. We were directed to the row of B&Bs on Pitcullen Crescent. Not sure why we decided upon this one - perhaps it was the traffic letting up!
We were very pleased with our room, it was ensuite, and very large.
A number of years later my husband and I were looking for the same guest house but there are a number of them next to each other and I think we ended up at Ardfern Guest House which was next door!
Pitcullen was more expensive than some of the others, but certainly less than hotel prices.
Unique Quality: There was car parking which was essential to us. However, if you were without a car, the walk into town wouldn't be very long - maybe 15 minutes.
The cooked breakfast was very good and we had interesting conversation with the other guests.
The owner was very pleasant and helpful with information.
