This is a categoy 4 Courtyard Marriott which typically means not top of the line for Marriott. For that class hotel, I found it very well run. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a Platinum member, so I can't be sure if my room was bigger from an upgrade or not. It was a good size. Bathtub/shower excellent. Bed was very, very comfortable with lots of cushy pillows. It has US plugs in the bathroom and desk area. TV is beautiful. Room is quiet. Food is great - ordered room service the crab cakes and cesar salad. They have an executive lounge with nice appys. The breakfast buffet is fantastic - typically english fare and more.This hotel is near Lego Land so you can expect A LOT of kids on the weekends. This hotel is near the Heathrow, take the Hotel Hoppa for 7pounds return.
