The Spittal of Glenshee Hotel is a very nice place to stay, with a good restaurant, a nice bar and a souvenir shop. Although rooms are a bit small, they are clean and have big windows that offer nice views. The hotel is the closest place to stay for skiers at Glenshee (10 km).

I didn't stay there, but just walked to the hotel and had a look around. Both the hotel itself and the scenery around it are stunning. The hotel has its own golf course.
