A really nice setting, staff were all young with little or no experience, the food was top price poor quality and badly cooked (Veg was near to raw). Local pub served food ten times better at a quarter of the price.
Why would the owners go to the trouble of creating such a nice place and then not finish the job by employing capable staff.
Stay there but eat somewhere else is my advice
