Hamilton Lodge: Small hostel
This is a tiny hostel, just 8 beds in what looks like the owners house - i think he lives next door.
Its a cozy place and just like living in someones house - the guy seems friendly although didnt chat to him beyond when we checked in.
Its a short walk, like 1minute into the main square,, or 5mins to the harbour.
Chinese takeaway opposite.
It has a main tv/living room and a separate chill out room with free internet, it has a fantastic very well equipped kitchen and dining room and a small garden if the weathers nice.
One bathroom is shared for 8 beds, over 3 rooms, one room as 3, one has 2, one has 3.
Beds are £16/night incl breakfast which is a help yourself to cereal and toast.
Id stay again if i were in fishguard although given fishguard lack of places, i doubt i'll be back in a hurry

Seaview Hotel: A very good hotel - all you could want.
The Seaview Hotel is based in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire and offers a relaxing and comfortable environment from which to explore the stunning beauty of the North Pembrokeshire coastline.

Easy access to the wonderful countryside.

Q: Hertz Car drop off to Ferry Terminal "Mum and I leave on our first European/UK trip in a few weeks and we are getting pretty excited. Would anyone be able to tell me..."
A: "Where in Ireland will you be docking? Rosslare? If so the Hertz dropoff is right at the terminal and you won't have any distance to travel at all."
