Charles Dickens stayed here

Charles Dickens and Dr Johnson discovered the charms of Beaumaris, with its blend of seaside glamour, designer shops and friendly pubs.

The Bulls Head is a Grade II listed building originally built in 1472. It was the original coaching house of the Borough and one of the staging posts on the route to Ireland, where coaches used to change their team of horses.

It is a stone’s throw from Edward I’s 13th century castle, and is inextricably linked with the town’s history... ask any local!

The rooms are decorated to a high standard using antique furniture and fittings.
Bathrooms are have quality fittings and include a full sized bath and shower.

Unique Quality: The Brassiere has a Welsh slate floor, oak tables and stone fireplace.

Open lunchtime: Mon-Sat 12 noon to 2pm (last orders). Sun 12 noon to 3pm (last orders)
Dinner: Mon-Sun 6pm to 9pm (last orders)

The Restaurant has original beamed ceiling and is located in the oldest part of the Bull
Open : Monday – Saturday from 7pm to 9.30pm (last orders)

The bar had a great atmosphere and friendly locals, open 11am -11pm
