Tanronnen Inn: A local Pub

Local pub inthe heart of the village, we just popped in here for a drink so I can't comment on room or food.
Plenty of Locals in the pub and a good place for people watching

Sygun Fawr Country House: A Country Hotel

Description: A wonderful former Welsh Manor House dating from 1644. Set in 20 acres of mountainside and beautiful gardens - make time to enjoy them.
Bed and Breakfast per day £32.00
2 Day Break (Dinner, Bed and Breakfast) £89.00 3 Day Break (Dinner, Bed and Breakfast) £132.00

Excellent 4 course cusine plus vegetarians are very welcome with tempting and unusual dishes available such as the highly praised parsnip and walnut gratin!
Just 9 tastefully decorated rooms - reservation reccommended as this place tends to get booked up, especially at weekends and having been there its easy to understand why. It may be a little more expensive than staying in Beddgelert itself but this place is a bit extra special

Update: we stayed here again in 2007 - almost 5 years since we had been and the owners recognised us! The manor house now has a lovely conversatory on the outside extending its dinning capacity and more rooms could be added.

Unique Quality: The dining room is probably the oldest part of the hotel, with its inglenooks and low timbered ceilings - watch your head! - a lovely place to enjoy good cusine after a long days walk.

Beautiful vies from the garden.
Extremely handy location for when we tackled the Watkin Path to climb Snowdon.
