The Caeau Capel Hotel is situated just a few fields away from the cliff tops of Nefyn offering uninterrupted vistas of the Coast. Caeau Capel was built in the late 1800's as a country house for the Miller family whose daughter went on to marry the Prime Minister Clement Atlee who was a frequent visitor to the house. It is a charming gabled house with extensive grounds and ample car parking.
The beach of Nefyn is only a short walk away as are the many waymarked walking trails of the area.
I only stayed here for one night but the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. I booked a single en-suite room with breakfast. The room was lovely and comfortable with a welcome tray, television (which I could not get to work but that may have been just me!!) and hairdryer. There were plenty of electrical sockets to charge up phones, batteries etc. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a nice hot shower.
The breakfast at Caeau Capel was superb and the staff were attentive and friendly - what more could you want?
