Bad staff/brill location

I have been staying at Llangenith for 44 years in the early years at Broughton farm in a caravan and without a doubt it is an absolutely stunning location.
In recent years (10 years) we as a family have stayed at Hillend camp site it is unfortunate that the staff there can on many occassions present as rude ignorant and downright unfriendly
on many occassions they appear to be under the influence of alcohol and other substances and then their mood presents as even more beligerent if that is possible
however this in fairness is not all staff but particularly the bald larger chap.
His choice use of language is of a nature that does not command respect and will often antagonise a situation people are for more willing to co-operate when addressed civilly as often due to a never ending change of rules it is impossible always to ascertain what is required
in my opininon it should be a lovely opportunity for the young to camp in safety and experience a little independence but the attitude of the staff prevent this on times by the fear they invoke in imposing rules which actually dont exist
my nephew has experienced this first hand for 3 years now and were kicked off once for another groups wrong, and were threatened to leave at 9 pm with no mode of transport. but out of the "kindness of their hearts" they let them stay until 6 am the next morning.
they normally inflict a deposit rule on young groups incase they become "roudy" which can be £120, they told them they had lost it after 9 and by the next morning forgot about the incident possibly due to a hangover of a concoction of alcohol and narcotics and re funded their deposit any way.

over all
10/10 for location
10/10 for facilities
-10/10 for staff

with a change of management this could become the perfect campsite.
good reading, FRED.
