A Grand Hotel with a few small imperfections

This 1930s Art Deco hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard.

The room we stayed in was comfortable but small. The well-appointed bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom! Our breakfast, included in the price, was comprehensive and well cooked. The restaurant staff were first class.

Cons: Car parking is in a nearby council car park. This costs £3.00 per day. It doesn't look secure but probably is. The hotel is located at the top end of Swansea High St which is very run down and dismal.

Unique Quality: Excellent service from all staff we met.
Opposite the main Railway Station.
Close to Swansea city centre.
Leisure facilities - hot tub, small gymnasium, steam room.

Price per room for two.
