2 Bedroom Bliss Yerevan Apartment for Daily Rent: Yerevan's Best Vacational Rental

The newly renovated apartment is located on Kievyan 5. There is a bus stop right in front of it. It is only 7 min. walk from underground/metro. 15 min. ride by minibus to Opera House. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the building. Tsitsernakaberd park is a few min. walk far where you can spend your evenings strolling and enjoying the beauty of Yerevan.

Amenities:

24 hour cold/hot water
Gas stove for cooking, TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner and nice and cozy balcony for enjoying your morning coffee

The daily price for the entire apartment is only 20.000 AMD. Up to 4 people can stay in the apartment. 4 beds with linens can be provided and an extra bed with no linens.

Great price if you are a couple or 3-4 people. Huge apartment, clean, beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Delanda: Value for money and for a good cause

We had two rooms booked. Both were spacious, cosy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most speak Italian, as well as English and some Spanish.

Rooms are pleasantly decorated and spacious. The breakfast was always delicious. The guesthouse is centrally-located, close to the main avenue, Republic Square and the Opera. At the moment a lot of construction works are going on in the area (as in most of Yerevan). Therefore, the street is not well-lit at night. However, Yerevan seems a safe city. In any case a taxi-ride from Republic Square would not cost more than 1000 drams. The guesthouse also includes a shop, where one can find lovely pottery and other craftwork made by communities supported by the CARE foundation, that also runs the guesthouse. Proceeds from the guesthouse help to support much needed projects in communities in the north of the country.

Guest Services: Apartments for Rent around the City

There are services which rent out apartments to tourists... We stayed by the Ani Hotel which is considered to be a good area and we found our apartment via "Guest Services". In inquiring about an apartment, ask about running water at all times, the location of the apartment and if the apartment has air conditioning. You may also ask if there is a washing machine in the unit. Our apartment didn't have a washing machine so we washed our clothes the old fashioned way, by hand hehehe We were satisfied with our apartment and would recommend this service to anyone who wishes to rent an apartment in Yerevan. The prices tend to be less than hotels but it depends on the lenght of stay.. The longer the lenght of stay, the cheaper the rate. We paid a total of US $500 for almost a month stay.

Guest Services also offers house cleaning, dish washing, dry cleaner services, tours to different destinations in Armenia, translators and mobile phone rentals.. Refer to their website for more information.
