Ritz-Carlton Hotel: Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel & Spa

by Saudi_phantom

The ritz carlton is to me one of the best hotels in Bahrain. I have stayed in other hotels in Bahrain but this hotel surely stands out. This is the only ritz carlton which I stayed in, so I do not know how good it is compared to other hotels of the same chain.

The hotel is really amazing!!! Rooms are very big and modern, beds are superconfortable and the bathroom looks like a dream with an amazing sliding wall that allows you to watch the 42'' flat tv while having a bath.... if you don't want to watch the smaller one that is in the bathroom itself!!!
Moreover the service is something that every man in the world dreams about. We had a problem with the tv and in 5 minutes 4 people were in the room trying to solve the problem.
We had the access to the Club Lounge and we got breakfast, afternoon snacks, free drinks and happy hour all day long.... simply awesome!!
The swimmingpool is great and also the beach is really nice.
Least but not the last the cordiality and the kindness of the staff. A special thank you gors to the Guest Manager May Lyn who made our stay in Bahrain fabulous!

The K Hotel: Better than Ramada

by etfromnc

Outstanding! This was a beautiful hotel. The staff members were courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished. The furniture was new and of very good quality and appearance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom larger than most, with a wonderful soaking tub and separate shower. The bathroom amenities were high quality. I am giving it less than a 5-Square rating only because I heard some military personnel complain about getting stiffed on their rates. Our rooms were part of the package so I cannot attest to the validity of this complaint but we military people must stick together. For military personnel planning to visit Manama, it might be worthwhile to check with the 7th Fleet transient housing office before booking any rooms.
There are at least four restaurants and two lounges in the hotel but I only ate the breakfast buffet which came with our room. It was quite acceptable but not necessarily outstanding.
The hotel had a workout room that overlooked the pool area with 15-20 machines covering the standard stuff and all were good quality. The men's locker room had a spa, steam room, and sauna in it.

This hotel is close to Al Fateh Mosque, Bahrain National Museum, and Bab Al Bahrain. Area attractions also include Dana Mall and the Khamis Mosque.

Sunshine Suites: Stay in Bahrain

by bommiuday

Our stay in SunShine suites in Juffair is a pleasent and nice one. It offers 3 bed rooms, hall, kitchen with all furnished. Hall is a spacious and neatly maintained. Out of 3 bedrooms, 1 bed room has attached batroom/toilet. Another is common for 2 other bedrooms. It has a bulky 21" LG TV in the hall with satellite connection. We could not get any channels as most of the time, the signal is weak and we were unable to watch any channel. No Indian channels in the list which is disappointment to ladies. Swimming pool is not maintained properly resulting in 'no swimming' for kids...

Hotel staff is pleasent and offered immediate service.

Marriott Executive Apartments: Unexpected Treat

by american_tourister

We were guests of another company during the 2009 Bahrain Grand Prix. The other company rented several apartments for us to stay at during the weekend of the race. Let me just say that I was so satisfied that I booked the same accomodations at Canary Wharf in London for an upcoming family vacation.

It combines the good points of a hotel and an apartment all in one. There is a concierge to take care of your needs, housekeeping, newspaper delivery, restaurant with room service, etc. It is also a first class apartment with a full kitchen, living room, balcony, safe, swimming pool, gym, etc.

Seef residents

Seef residents

Located in seef area, system as flat ( with kitchen )
I think it is not more 3 star.
Long uncomfortable corridors, through many doors
Room service is not very high , they give you coffee and tea bags only for first day,
Internet connection is paid ( u have to buy card before)
Breakfast on the pool , nice pool , not big choices but tasty.
At the week ends they make parties on the pool.

Location is near to Seef Mall , and some business buildings
