Hotel Ritsa: The best location downtown!
The next best hotel in down town Sukhumi, with ok service, ok rooms and great views of the seafront (if you get the right room).
Some English spoken at the reception.
Unique Quality: Recently renovated, it holds a three star hotel's standard.
The best "western style" restaurant in town, San Remo is located in the ground floor of the hotel.
