Silk Road Hotel: Best Hotel Ever
This hotel is hands down my favorite hotel in the world. It is less than 100m from the Jameh mosque in the old city in Yazd. The rooms are beautifully restored and they are set around a central fountain and courtyard. The roof gives you access to an amazing view of the mosque, skyline and towers. The openminded managers Ali and Hussein are happy to discount and some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. I recommend this hotel over any hotel in Asia or Europe. Incredible and I didnt want to leave!

Silk Road Hotel: Hotel and attraction in one
Silk road hotel is a beautifuly restored adobehouse in the old city. the rooms are situated around a nice courtyard with the mandatory pool. Here a number of those typical persian benches are provided. Ideal for dining as well as resting. The building itself is worth a look, but the bargainprice in the dormitory are the real attraction for a budget traveller, it must be the cheapest bed in the country. The pace serves good food, are clean and friendly. They alsocan arrange a range of tours.
