It's just so-so. Because Elevator was under construction. It was a little bit noisy. It will be improved. And our room's closet door broke.
Other, no problem.

I stayed there for 2 nights, 5 and 6 Nov 2013. The room is very old and lack of repair. The bathtub waterhole is black and yellow. The toilet bowl is full of grey strips. The toilet bottom is near breaking up with pieces of broken cements around. The nearby pipe is rusty and leaking. The sink is moulded. The shower is in need of replacement. The TV is very old fashioned bulky type which cannot show the full screen. No free WIFI, costs 15000 per hour which is expensive in Iran standard, most other Iran hotels offer free WIFI. Staff are rude and unhelpful, probably because it is government owned. Beds are sagging. Plugs not enough, their wires are on the verge of coming off as too old, very dangerous. Location is no good, in the middle of nowhere, no shops, nothing, takes about 15 mins to walk to the metro. Also, very difficult to cross the roads due to bad traffic in Tehran, so any long distance walking is dangerous and difficult for foreigners.
