Tallil and Cedar are both throwbacks to the early days of OIF. There is a mix of hard buildings abandoned by the Iraqi military which have been renovated, trailers fondly called CHUs (Contanerized Housing Units), and tents. I have slept in all three and a bunker while at these two camps.
