Dont get too exited if you see this building, maybe its beautiful but it has no use. The law of Netanyas municipality dosnt alloe build at the first row of the buildings after the sea coast residental buildings (just in city Center), so the devalopers said its gonna be hotel but at the end it came out a residental building so now the municipality dont let it to be setteld. The funny think is that surely a lot of money was invested in the building because it is built in city Center, with a very good surroundings and now all the money is gone... :(

One of the cities central streets, its also one of the streets that connected to Hertzel street (the main street in the city).
There are many shops (some great fashion shops for youth at the beginning), supermrkets, banks, office buildings, the market and of course that there is a lot of traffic and noise all day long.
In the north side of the streets there are many residental buildings. A friendly street in my opinion.
Fishing In Netanya

As long as i remember there are always people who are fishing at the coast. They are fishing all year long, even in winter!!!!
most of them are fishing at the Sironit beach where there are many breakwaters, they can seat thereva few hours and at the end they catch something, especially small cutr fishes.
I tried it once. My uncle use to fish a lot so once when we both were at the beach i went there but i had no luck and i didnt catch nothing so i walked away and i vdidnt go back there again, its not easy to get there because the breakwaters are very slippy and i afraid to fall down...
So if fishing is you hobby this is the place for you in Netanya!!!
A Small Garden

There are many small Gardens in the city where you can sit down or take your dog for a walk.
Most of the time there are many old people sitting and talking there. Sometimes there are small statues too.
Netanya is known as a city where there is an importent highlighting to the way that the streets look, the Municipality tries to make it with a lot f harmony and beauty.
Rollerbladers

In Netanya there are a lot of people, especially the youngsters who like rollerblades and skatebording.
Most of them are using the promenades to this activity, there are even special courts just for this. You bring you own.
